I liked that we were regularly informed at all times and no problems finding the driver. Both drivers Luan and Belinda were excellent. We had to fly back home earlier than expected and Black Diamond transfers were able to assist us with a transfer from Broadbeach to Brisbane Airport with only a few hours notice. My flight was cancelled 5 times during the day and I was able to communicate with Dean informing him of developments. After 9 hours of changes by Jetstar I finally made it to the Gold Coast.
